Colorado Springs Utilities is set to receive over five million dollars in federal grants to improve its aging gas line infrastructure. The U.S. Department of Transportation’s Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration announced a total of $5,258,470 would be awarded to the municipal utility.
