To commemorate the 100th anniversary of the last National Democratic Convention held in our state as well as the first ever Democratic State Convention held in Colorado Springs, volunteer ambassadors will be dressed to the nines in 1908 costumes in the lobbies of two dozen area hotels from 3-6 PM on Friday May 16 from 3-6 PM. Similarly clad guides will be posted on Tejon Street in Downtown Colorado Springs during the Blue Plate Specials on Friday Night, from 7-10 PM. These folks will gladly answer your questions (to the best of their ability.)
